Ingredients
  

  • 6 soft taco-sized flour tortillas
  • 1 lb about 450g ground beef
  • 1 packet about 1 oz taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for heat
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat. Add water and taco seasoning mix to the skillet with the cooked beef. Let it simmer for few minutes until the mix is thickened. Then, leave it aside.
  • In a little bowl, add mayonnaise, paprika, garlic powder, sour cream and cayenne pepper to prepare the sauce. Keep it aside.
  • Now, heat the flour tortillas in a microwave until they are soft.
