  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray ormelted butter for greasing the waffle iron


  • Heat the mini waffle maker according to the instructions ofthe manufacturer.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg, add melted butter, milkand vanilla extract. Mix them together.
