Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Caramel sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven temperature to 350 F (175 C). Put a bakingsheet or pan filled with water on the lower rack in the oven. It helps inbaking the tocinillo evenly.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar until thoroughly mixed anda light bubbly.
  • Slowly add the vanilla extract and millk to the egg mixtureand make sure to stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine sieve to avoid any lumps or buubles.
