What is Broasted Chicken?

Broasted chicken is a cooking method that uses deep frying and pressure cooking. This process cooks the chicken by keeping it moist, offering a special texture and flavour. It is served in restaurants and is loved for its nice flavour. You can serve it with coleslaw or fries on the side.
