Storing and Freezing

Storing

  • Put the beef tomato in the air-tight container. You can store it for up to 3-4 days.
  • Before refrigerating, let the beef tomato cool at room temperature to avoid condensation, which turns the dish watery.
  • Make sure to use glass containers for storing the beef tomato, if possible. Since they don’t maintain the flavours and odours as much as plastic containers.

Freezing

  • Before freezing, allow the beef tomato to cool completely at room temperature to avoid freezer burn.
  • Divide the meal into meat-sized portions. It makes it easy to thaw and reheat only the amount you need.
  • Use freezer-safe containers or bags. Before sealing, remove as much air as possible.
  • Label the bag or container with the date and content to keep track of the freshness.

In conclusion, the beef tomato recipe is a filling and delicious dish that combines fresh tomatoes with tender beef. Being a versatile dish, it is perfect for family dinners. Using simple ingredients and easy steps you can prepare this satisfying dish.

Whether you serve it with noodles, steamed rice or crusty bread, the beef tomato will surely be your favourite culinary repertoire. From including the vegetables to adjusting the spices you can customize the dish as per your taste bud.
