Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs plus extra for coating
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter for frying
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, go through the crab to remove the hard parts or shells. Avoid breaking the chunks too much.
