Set the temperature of the oven to 190 C (375 F).
In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts (chopped), minced garlic, mayonnaise, salt, chopped basil and pepper. Mix until the ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Slicethe ciabatta rolls in two halfs and place them on a baking sheet.
Now,you just need to uniformly spread the artichoke mixture over the cut sides ofthe rolls.
Addthe mozzarella cheese (shredded) over the artichoke mixture.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for around 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted and the roll’s edges turns golden brown.
As the sandwiches bake, make sure to warm the olive oil in a pan over normal heat.
After preparation of sandwiches, remove them from the oven and pour a little olive oil on the top.
If you prefer the fresh and crispy taste, include a handful of arugula or baby spinach leaves.
Put the upper parts of the rolls on the sandwiches, and just press them slowly and serve it.
