Set the temperature of the oven to 250 F (120 C).
In a big bowl, add rice chex, wheat chex, corn chex, pretzel sticks and mixed nuts.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Pour the melted butter mixture over the cereal mix, tossing gently to allow evenly coating.
Spread the coated mixture onto a large baking sheet evenly.
Cook in the preheated oven for an hour, stir every 15 minutes to allow even baking.
Take the mix off the oven, and let the bold chex mix cool completely.
Once it is cooled, season it with salt and pepper.
Transfer it to the airtight container and it is ready to serve.
