Candied grapes are crunchy and sweet in taste. Itis a snack which is prepared by coating the grapes in a sugar mixture.

- 1 pound green grapes washed and dried
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring
In a medium-sized saucepan, add water, corn,syrup, and sugar. Over medium heat, bring to a boil while stirring frequently to dissolve the sugar.
Now, lower down the heat simmer the syrup for 5minutes or until it starts to thickens slightly.
Take off the syrup from the heat and gently add the grapes. Pour into coat.
Now, you can add vanilla extract and food coloring (if desired). Toss to add.
Move the grapes to a wire rack, which allow it to cool and harden.
