- 1 head of romaine lettuce shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1/3 cup banana peppers thinly sliced
- 4 ounces salami thinly sliced
- 4 ounces provolone cheese shredded
- 4 ounces pepperoni thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
