Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 1/3 cup banana peppers thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces salami thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese shredded
  • 4 ounces pepperoni thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • In a big bowl, mix the red onion, cherry tomatoes, chopped romaine lettuce, banana peppers, pepperoni, salami, Parmesan cheese, and provolone cheese.
  • In a different bowl, mix red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, oregano, mayonnaise, and pepper with a whisk.
  • Drizzle the dressing on the salad and mix until everything is evenly covered.
