Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan.
Whisk cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and honey.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Brush warm poppers with honey butter glaze.
Cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
