- 1 Keebler Ready Crust 9-inch Graham Cracker or Shortbread crust
- 2 packages 8 ounces each cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fruit topping of your choice cherry pie filling, strawberry topping, etc.
Set the temperature of the oven to 325 F (160 C).
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until creamy and smooth.
Add eggs one by one and beat each well.
Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until thoroughly combined.
Now, pour the mixture into the Keebler Ready Crust.
Bake the cheesecake until the center is almost set, it may take around 35-40 minutes. It’s fine if it jiggles slightly.
Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool on a wire rack for around 60 minutes.
After cooling, let it refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or preferably overnight.
Once chilled, you can add your preferred topping on the cheesecake.
