Kodiak Pancake Recipe

- 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancake Mix or a similar whole grain pancake mix
- 3/4 cup milk you can use any type of milk, including almond or oat milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
- Optional add-ins: chocolate chips blueberries, or nuts
In a large-sized bowl, mix the Kodiak pancake mix, egg, vegetable oil, and milk. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined. It is ok, if there are few lumps.
Warm the griddle or non-stick pan over medium flame. You can also add a bit of butter or oil.
Pour around 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. If you want to add some extra toppings such as blueberries or chocolate chips, add them on the top of the batter now.
Cook until the bubbles form on the surface of pancake and the edges look firm, it may take around 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook on the other side until golden brown, it may take around 1-2 minutes.
Remove the pancakes from the skillet or pan and keep them warm while cooking the remaining batter.
It's time to serve the pancakes. You can serve them with toppings such as maple syrup, yogurt or fresh fruits.
