Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes diced
  • 2 habanero peppers seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, chopped habanero pepper and diced mangoes.
  • Now, squeeze the juice of two lime over the mixture and combine it all together.
  • Now add the salt and pepper to the salsa and adjust it according to your preference.
  • Put the salsa in the refrigerator for a minimum of half an hour before serving to let the flavors meld together.
  • It’s time to serve the mango habanero salsa. You can serve it with grilled chicken or fish, tortilla chips or tacos.
