- 1 pound pink oyster mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped
First of all, clean the pink oyster mushroom with a help ofwet cloth or brush to remove the dirt. Cut off the hard ends of the stem.
You can trim the oyster mushroom into little pieces or keepthem as a whole, depending on your choice.
In a big pan, warm the butter or olive oil over medium heat.Include the minced garlic and cook it for half a minute until smells nice.
Add the pink oyster mushroom in the pan and mix them in thebutter or oil. Cook them for 5-7 minutes and stir occasionally until themushrooms are tender and golden brown.
Add and adjust the salt and pepper to the mushrooms as peryour preference.
Make sure to add fresh parsley to the mushrooms to make them more refreshing and colorful.
