Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of purple cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon juice optional
  • Fresh herbs like parsley or thyme, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Set the temperature of the oven to 220 C (425 F).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower pieces with garlic powder, olive oil, salt, paprika and pepper until they are thouroughly coated.
  • Over the baking sheet, put the cauliflower in a single layer lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until the cauliflower is turned browned and tender, it may take around 20-25 minutes. Ensure to stir half-way through to cook evenly.
  • Once it is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle fresh lemon juice. You can also add fresh chopped herbs for a refreshing twist.
  • It's time to serve it as a side dish.
