Strawberry fluff is a airy and sweet dessert prepared with cream cheese, whipped cream or marshmallow fluf mixed with canned or fresh strawberries.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows optional
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt optional, for tanginess
In a bowl, combined the sliced strawberries and sugar. Let them sit for around 15 minutes until softened and reslease thier juices.
In an another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until form the soft peaks.
Now, gently mix the softened strawberries ino the whipped cream. You can also add mini marshmallows and yogurt or sour cream and mix until just combined.
Transfer the mixture into the serving bowl and put it in the refrigerator for minimum an hour to let the flavors blend together.
You can serve it cold by adding strawberries on top.
