Strawberry fluff is a airy and sweet dessert prepared with cream cheese, whipped cream or marshmallow fluf mixed with canned or fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows optional
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt optional, for tanginess

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combined the sliced strawberries and sugar. Let them sit for around 15 minutes until softened and reslease thier juices.
  • In an another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until form the soft peaks.
  • Now, gently mix the softened strawberries ino the whipped cream. You can also add mini marshmallows and yogurt or sour cream and mix until just combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the serving bowl and put it in the refrigerator for minimum an hour to let the flavors blend together.
  • You can serve it cold by adding strawberries on top.
