Ingredients
  

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup warm water 110°F/45°C
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large-sized bowl, combine the flour, salt, instant yeast and sugar.
  • Gradually, add olive oil and warm water to the dry mix. Mix until it forms a dough.
  • In a greased bowl, put the dough and cover it using a damp cloth and allow it rise in a warm place until it doubles the size, it may take around one hour.
  • Punch down the dough and divide it into 8-10 even pieces. Shape each pieces into round roll and put them on a baking sheet with lined parchment paper.
