Ingredients
- For the Marinade:
- 1 lb 450g beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- For the Stir-fry:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1- inch piece of ginger grated
- 1 cup celery sliced diagonally
- 1 cup bell pepper red or green, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas or sugar snap peas
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 can 8 oz water chestnuts, drained and sliced

- 1 cup bamboo shoots sliced (optional)
