- 1 cup cooked crawfish tails chopped if large
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic about 3 cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning or to taste
