Abeef roast  is the shoulder meat of thecow. It is juicy and flavorful, especially when you cook it slowly with moistheat similar in a pot roast.

  • 1 beef arm roast about 3-4 pounds
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


  • Set the temperature of the oven to 325 F (163 C).
  • Now, add some salt and pepper all over the arm roast.
