Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g fresh tuna, diced into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice about 4-5 limes
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and finely chopped (optional, for heat)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 avocado diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large-sized bowl, mix the tuna cubes with lemon juice and lime. Mix gently to evenly coat the tuna. Cover and put the bowl in the refrigerator until the tuna turns opaque, it may take around 15-20 minutes.
