Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your favorite cheese blend
  • 1 cup diced ham or cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach optional
  • 1/4 cup diced onion optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing the muffin tin

Instructions
 

  • First of all, set the temperature of the oven to 375 F (190 C). Then, add some butter or cooking spray on a muffin tray.
