Ingredients
  

  • 4 large bell peppers any color
  • 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey or a plant-based alternative
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn canned or frozen
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend

Instructions
