Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Scotch bonnet pepper optional, for extra heat
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Water for boiling pasta

Instructions
 

  • Make sure to cook the spaghetti as per the instructionsmentioned on the packet and avoid it too soft. Then, drain and keep aside.
  • In a large saucepan or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
