Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup White Lily self-rising cornmeal mix
  • 1/2 cup White Lily all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, adjust according to preference
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 large egg

Instructions
 

  • First of all, set the temperature of the oven to 425 F (220 C). Spread some oil on the baking sheet and put it in the oven to warm up.
