Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breast
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced1
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasonings
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • Warm tortillas
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • Fajitas toppings salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese or guacamole

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a big bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, lime juice and fajita seasoning. Allow it to soak for around 30 minutes, or more for flavorful taste.
  • Heat the blackstone griddle to normal-high (approx 450 F).
  • Spread the vegetables and chicken on the hot griddle in one layer. Cook for around 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and veggies are crispy and tender.
  • Heat the tortilla on the griddle for few seconds. In each tortilla, add chicken, veggies or your favorite toppings. For an extra splash of flavor, add fresh cilantro on the top.
