Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves  garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup  grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • At first, over a normal heat, you need to melt the butter ina saucepan. Then, add some garlic and cook it for around ½ an hour until smells nice.
  • Now, add Cajun seasoning, heavy cream, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer, then allow it to cook for around 5 minutes. Make sure to stir it occassionally.
  • Add some parmesan cheese and cook for additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and cheese is melted.
  • Now it’s time to taste and you can adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
  • You can mix the sauce with the cooked pasta and can also include some fresh parsley on the top for seasoning.
