  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves  garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup  grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped
