- 1/2 cup turmeric powder
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or olive oil
In a saucepan, add ½ cup of turmeric powder with a cup of water.
Now, cook it over medium heat until it becomes thick, it maytake around 5-7minutes.
Include 1-2 teaspoons of black pepper to the paste and cookfor an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove the paste form the heat, once it is well combined andreaches the desired level of consistency.
Stir in ¼ cup of olive oil or coconut oil until everything is thoroughly mixed.
Let it cool completely.
You can transfer the paste into a clean air-tight container andstore it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
