Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • Butter for coating the pan

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add the milk, eggs, flour, water and butter. Mix them until smooth and thoroughly mixed. The mixture should have a thin consistency.
