Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup scallions chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon furikake seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 12 nori sheets cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup  sushi rice cooked

Instructions
 

  • At first, set the temperature of the oven to 200C or 400 F. Use a parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
  • In a little bowl, combine honey, rice vinegar,garlic, ginger, sriracha sauce and soy sauce.
  • Now, put salmon fillet in a baking dish, pourover the sauce. Allow it to marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Bake the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes until it iscompletely cooked.
  •  In a medium-sized bowl, add mayonnaise,scallions and sriracha sauce.
  • Now, add the mayonnaise mixture in a bowl withcooked salmon that has been chopped.
  • On each nori sheet, spread a little quantity ofsushi rice. You can top it with furikake seasoning and a spoonful of salmonmixture.
  • Now roll up the nori sheets, and it’s time toserve the dish.
