Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Set the temperature of the oven to 375 F (190 C).
  • In a frying pan, cook the ground beef, onion, Italian sausage, and garlic over medium heat until brown. Then, drain the extra fat.
  • Mix the crushed tomatoes, garlic, tomato sauce, salt and pepper, oregano and basil together. Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes, then remove it from the stove.
