  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes undrained
  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn kernels drained
  • 1 can diced potatoes undrained
  • 2.5 can beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • In a big saucepan, brown the ground beef overnormal heat. Eliminate the excess oil.
