  • Egg Mixture:
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crab Filling:
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat shredded
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper any color
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Gruyère, or your choice
  • Chopped chives or green onions for garnish


  • In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil or butter over medium flame. Then, add bell pepper and diced onion and cook until softened, it may take around 3-4 minutes.
