Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm thinly sliced beef
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
 

  • First of all, you need to heat the frying pan overmedium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil into it.
  • Now, add some salt and pepper on the sliced beef.  
  • After the pan is hot, add the seasoned beef slices to it. Now,cook it or 2-3 minutes and stir occasionally until it turns brown. Take thebeef from the pan and set aside.
  • You can also add another tablespoon of oil. Add the slicedbell pepper and onion to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.  Stir occasionally until the veggies are tender.
  • Now, add the rice with the veggies to the pan. Mix together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the rice is hot.    
  • Place the cooked beef back in the pan with veggies and rice.Mix everything and cook for an additional one or two minutes.
  • You can adjust the seasoning if required.  You can also include teriyaki sauce or soysauce for an extra boost of flavor.
  • Once all the ingredients are mixed together remove the pan from the stove.
  • It’s time to serve the dish. Make sure to serve it immediately. You can also garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
