  • 1 lb salmon belly skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon slices
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish


  • Heat the grill over medium-high heat and follow the same forstovetop grill pan.
  • In a little bowl, mix the lemon zest, minced garlic, choppedthyme, olive oil, salt, chopped rosemary,and pepper to prepare the marinade.
