Ingredients
  

  • 1 tri-tip steak about 2-3 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
