Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes about 2 cups of puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust based on sweetness of mango
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp gelatin optional, for a firmer texture
  • 2 tbsp water if using gelatin
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Take off the peel and cut the mangoes into pieces. Mix them until smooth.You should have 2 cups of mango puree.
