Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup turmeric powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or olive oil

  • In a saucepan, add ½ cup of turmeric powder with a cup of water.
