Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 medium-sized onion chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans ranch-style beans undrained
  • 2 largepotatoes peeled and chopped
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies undrained
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon chilipowder
  • 1 can mixed vegetables drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin

Instructions
 

  • At first, heat the dutch oven over the normal heat. Add theonions and ground beef and mix until the beef turns brown and onions are soft.  Make sure to remove the excess grease.
  • Add garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper in the pot.Stir continuously and cook for a minute.
  • Mix the beef broth with diced tomatoes, ranch-style beans, corn,diced tomatoes with green chilies, potatoes and mix vegetables.
  • Heat the soup until it begins boiling, then slow down theheat and allow it simmer for around 30 minutes or until the potatoes aresoftened.
