Ingredients
  

  • Delmonico steak bone-in or boneless
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Garlic cloves, thyme, rosemary (for additional flavor)

  • First of all, take the Delmonico steak out from the fridge and let it cool at room temperature for around half an hour before cooking. This will make sure that the cooking is evenly.
