Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 lb steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green onions chopped
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add thesliced steak with some salt and pepper. Cook until the steak turn brown. Nowremove the steak from the skillet and keep it aside.
  • In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable spoon. Add the chopped garlic, and onion and cook them until become soft, it may take around 2-3 minutes.
  • Add some chopped carrots and bell peppers in a pan, and cookuntil the vegetables are crisp and tender, it may take around 3-4 minutes.
  • Put the vegetables on one side of the pan and then pour thebeaten eggs into the space left. Stir the eggs until they are thoroughly cookedand then mix them with the vegetables.
  • Place the cooked rice into the pan. Use a spatula to breakthe lumps. Then, mix in the cooked steak and frozen peas.
  • Pour the oyster and soy sauce over the rice, and mixeverything until well blended.
